What this site stores
This website does not collect card details or keep a shopping basket. There is no analytics script or advertising pixel on these pages.
What an order gives away
Your selected book opens in secure checkout. Your card details are handled there and never touch this website. Your contact and delivery details are used to process, print and ship your order, provide its receipt and tracking, and respond to order questions.
We do not sell or rent customer data. We use the details needed to fulfil your order. Joining any optional mailing list requires your choice.
Returns
We accept returns only for damaged books or printing defects, including misprints and binding faults. If your copy arrives damaged or misprinted, get in touch at [email protected] with your order details and photographs of the problem. Please contact us before sending anything back.
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
The books themselves
Dr. Buck Savage is a pen name and a fictional narrator, and is not a doctor. The guides are field-guide material, not medical, legal, electrical or structural advice. Nothing in them replaces emergency services, a physician, a licensed tradesperson, or the law where you live.
The free reference material on this site is drawn from the published books, whose appendices instruct the reader to copy them freely. Quoting them with attribution to the named volume is welcome.
