- How long does delivery take?
- Windows are from the day you order to the day it arrives. United States 7 to 13 days. United Kingdom 7 to 12 days. Europe 8 to 14 days. Canada 10 to 18 days. Australia and New Zealand 12 to 20 days. Rest of world 14 to 26 days.
- What does shipping cost?
- It is derived from the country you pick and the number of books, never chosen separately — two controls for one fact is two ways to quote the wrong postage. In the United States it is $4.99 for the first book and $1.25 for each extra, free over $45.00. Every zone is in the table above.
- Can I return a printed book?
- A misprint, a binding failure or damage in transit is replaced with no return shipment needed — send a photograph. Because each book is made individually for your order, we cannot take a change-of-mind return on a printed book.
- What do I get with the ebook?

- Are these books actually useful, or just a joke?
- Both, at full strength. Every identification runs on positive ID against three independent confirmations; water is worked at one gallon per person per day over fourteen days. The conclusion of every chapter in the series is published free, so you can check the manual before you buy the joke.
